Radiators for your conservatory

Radiators for your conservatory

If you have a conservatory, you’ll be hoping to eke out the summer as long as possible. Whenever it’s too cold and grey to sit outside, there’s nothing stopping you bringing the garden furniture into the conservatory, turning up the heat and pretending it’s still the height of summer.

But if your conservatory hasn’t already got a heating system, you’re going to have to find a way of bringing the heat in. Unless you’re prepared to spend a small fortune extending your central heating - not to mention putting up with the inconvenience - the best solution is to invest in an electric designer radiator.

Thankfully, things have moved on considerably from the ugly little two or three bar electric fires of old. When you’ve taken the trouble to invest in, not only your conservatory, but also in some amazing garden furniture and accessories to make everything just right, you really don’t want to have something ugly and clunky to ruin your chic, cosmopolitan look.

Designer radiators add spark

In fact, you’d be amazed by how far electric radiator design has come; some of the models can even be made into feature designs in their own right, for instance, glass radiators which are part of the designer radiators range are absolutely stunning. Coming in a wide range of colours, you can pick and choose to create funky designs that are perfect to show off your individuality. You can even transfer photographs onto them - a talking point if ever there was one!

If you prefer the classic traditional look, steel column radiators will probably appeal. The timeless design is combined with modern touches, such as a programmable thermostat and your choice of colour.

Radiators in disguise

If you want to add the illusion of having a larger room, or would like a clever way of bringing the garden indoors through reflection, you can now hang an electric radiator that looks like a mirror! If a mirror is too flat for your taste, there are other, more three dimensional ways of heating the conservatory, such as the electric hot spring radiator, which is always coiled for action!

Cosy all year round

Once you’ve got the right electric radiator in place, you’re all set to give your friends a very warm welcome for your relaxed and elegant outdoor-indoor winter gatherings.
