We hope that you will be pleased with your order from Limes & Vines, however we do understand there will be occasions where the product you ordered is not quite right. Don't worry, just follow the guidelines below for a full refund.
To refund or exchange an item:
First of all please contact our customer services by email: firstname.lastname@example.org or by post to 138 London Road, Ware, Hertfordshire, SG12 9NH and let us know whether you would like an exchange or refund.
You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to let us know. There is no need to give us a reason, and there will be no penalties involved in cancelling.
If the product is damaged or faulty please let us know within 28 calendar days. It would also be really helpful to us if you could include a photo showing the damage or fault. When returning the items please request a proof of purchase as without this we cannot be liable for items lost in transit.
Although we are not able to refund freight or postage charges for non-damaged goods we will send any exchanges or replacements free of postage charges.
If you have requested a refund, please allow up to 14 days from receipt of your returned items for the refund to be processed, although we hope that this process will be quicker. The refund can only be credited back onto the original card used to purchase the item(s).
Unfortunately we can only offer an exchange or credit note for any items returned outside of the returns period and without having advised us first. We are unable to offer a full refund.
