Limes & Vines Ltd aims to dispatch orders to mainland UK addresses on a Next Day delivery subject to stock availability but at busy times delivery may take slightly longer.
In the event that an item is out of stock, we will notify you via email of the delay.
Option A: £5.80 Standard Delivery Price within UK Mainland on all items under £500.00. Free Standard Delivery on all orders over £500 (items will arrive to your door by courier but please be aware items may be palletised if bulky and will be exposed to the elements)

Standard Delivery Cost
FREE standard delivery applies to all orders over £500.00 within Mainland UK. This promotion can be used in conjunction with any other offer and is limited to standard delivery charge within mainland UK only. This cannot be applied to back orders or items that have already been purchased. Limes & Vines Ltd reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.
We use either Royal Mail Post, Fedex or a reputable courier, depending on the size and weight of your order. Postage and packing charges for standard UK mainland deliveries under £500.00 is £7.50. Please note this is a Monday to Friday delivery service.
Deliveries to Scottish Highlands, Inverness, Aberdeenshire, Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Mann may vary. Please note that our delivery company are not permitted to enter the customers’ property and are unable to take away any packaging.
Orders placed after 12.00pm on Friday and between Saturday and Sunday will be delivered the following Tuesday. Please note we close during public holidays, please allow an extra day for delivery.

Changing your delivery address
You will need to register an account if you would like delivery to a different address than your billing address. Once you have registered an account, click on ‘My Account’ in the top right hand corner and choose ‘Delivery Addresses’. You can then view and alter your delivery and billing address to as many as you would like.
Track my order
On placing your order, we will send you an email to confirm we have received your order. Once your order has been processed and dispatched you will receive a further email informing you that your item(s) has been shipped.
Each order will be assigned its own tracking number. This enables you to view the status of your order. You can also track your order at any time by logging in to your account page and click on ‘track your order’. If you require any further assistance please do not hesitate to contact our customer services, they would be happy to look into your order.
If an item is held at the post office awaiting collection and it is not subsequently collected, or if a delivery is refused and then returned to us - then a £6.50 charge will apply for the cost of returning the parcel to us.
Signatures are required for standard and next day delivery, however if you are happy for your parcel to be left in a safe place then please ensure you state this in the relevant box during the checkout process or enter an alternative delivery address. Please note that leaving instructions are subject to the delivery driver accepting that the parcel is safe to be left.
Please be advised if you are not available to sign for your delivery and do not notify us that the parcel can be left you may incur the charge of redelivery. If the couriers are unable to deliver a calling card will be left for you to arrange re-delivery.
Please note that if an order is of high value then we may send it on a service that does require a signature regardless of whether you give instructions. We will endevour to contact you concerning this.
By specifying a place that you would like the courier to leave the parcel without a signature - you are accepting liability if the parcel goes missing after being left in the place that you have specified and we will not be able to compensate you for this. If you are concerned that there is not a safe place then please give a delivery address where someone will be in to accept the delivery, at work, a neighbour or local business.
We ship our products directly from our stock and some from the manufacturers. All of our due dates are approximate and subject to a number of possible delays which may be shipping, customs or manufacturing. We endeavor to fulfill orders as soon as possible but regrettably may not always be able to keep you updated with changes on due dates due to volume of orders.
If an item is delivered which is clearly damaged - always sign 'arrived as damaged' when receiving goods from a courier. Also it is advisable to photograph the goods prior to opening. That way, if something has been damaged in transit, the courier bears the cost. In the unlikely event that the courier has done obvious damage to the goods in transit you MUST let us know within 24 hours. We would usually ask for photographs to support claims against the couriers.
